Ah the fabulous Roux at the Landau at the Langham – what a wonderful and special experience.

The Low Down

The Landau perfectly manages to mix contemporary and old school – nestled down the side of this beautiful old building and accessed through the main reception or through a private entry – if the beautiful high ceilings final to impress then the wonderful and warm service you receive from the moment you arrive certainly will.

From the dinner (salmon, cod and cheese and biscuits) to the wonderful wine selection combined with the brilliant service.

The highlight for me was the cheese board – absolute heaven.

We followed dinner with drinks in the Artesian bar – which as a contrast – is loud and proud – quite showy but in a good way – you can spend many a Friday evening here drinking fabulous – strong – cocktails and chatting into the small hours.
